Juicy Chicken Burgers with Cheddar and Ranch
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- Toppings: lettuce, tomato slices, extra ranch dressing
Directions:
- Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, ranch dressing, green onions, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.
- Shape the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
- Grill the chicken patties for 5-6 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the patties are golden brown.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the burgers by placing each chicken patty on a bun and adding your favorite toppings like lettuce, tomato, and extra ranch dressing. Serve immediately.
