Juicy Chicken Burgers with Cheddar and Ranch

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Toppings: lettuce, tomato slices, extra ranch dressing

Directions:

  1. Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, ranch dressing, green onions, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
  4. Grill the chicken patties for 5-6 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the patties are golden brown.
  5. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Assemble the burgers by placing each chicken patty on a bun and adding your favorite toppings like lettuce, tomato, and extra ranch dressing. Serve immediately.
